And the project is divided into two phases to build up two sets of wastewater treatment devices, with both treatment capacity of 300 cubic meters per day, and the wastewater is treated by “sparate collection and processing accordingly”.The advanced extractive distillation device in the phenolic industry in the world is used for the purification and separation of organic matter in the first step. The main pollutant of the high-phenol-contained wastewater is reduced from about 11% to less than 0.05% afterwards. After pretreatment by Fenton oxidation, it is mixed with other wastewater and discharged into the plant sewage treatment station for comprehensive treatment.
Two-step MBBR precipitation process has been adopted at the comprehensive processing treatment station to meet “The processing to synthetic resin industrial pollutants emission standards”and “Integrated wastewater discharge standard” before allowing transfeiing into the Industry Park Sewage Depth Processing Station. All flue gas has been collected and treated at our VOC bio-treatment house before explosure to the air.
At the beginning of the original eia of waste gas treatment process is optimized, add the microbial exhaust gas treatment technology of energy conservation and environmental protection, further optimization of waste gas treatment scheme, to ensure that all kinds of craft waste gas to meet the “Synthetic Resin Industrial Pollutants Emission Standards” before emission.
